Masala broccoli
This is my own recipe. It takes 40 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook. The ingredients I used are:
• 1 broccoli head, cut into florets 
Marinade ingredients:
• 2 tsp garlic paste 
• 1 tsp ginger, chopped 
• 1 green chilli 
• ¼ tsp ground black pepper 
• 1 tsp lemon juice 
• 1 small onion 
• 2 tsp spring onion 
• 1 tomato, chopped 
• Salt 
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil 
Method:
• Blend all the marinade ingredients into a smooth paste.
• Place the broccoli in a bowl, and add the marinade paste to it, mixing thoroughly. Let it rest for 30 minutes. 
• Once rested, transfer the broccoli to a baking tray and grill for 15 minutes at 180°C. 
• Squeeze lemon juice all over, and serve with rice and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
